BLACKOUT is an exhibition fight and entertainment event organised by Noise Sdn. Bhd. ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how we look after it, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
Contact form. When you use "Contact us", we collect your name, email address, the type of enquiry you pick and your message.
Tickets. Tickets are sold by our ticketing partner, Ticketmelon. Your payment and booking details are collected by Ticketmelon under their own privacy policy, not by this website. Ticketmelon may share attendee details such as your name and email with us so we can run the event.
Technical data. Our hosting provider and font provider (Google Fonts) may automatically log technical details such as your IP address and browser type when you load this page. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We use your data only to reply to your enquiry, manage event entry and attendance, send you important updates about an event you have a ticket for, and keep the event safe. We do not sell your personal data.
We only share data with service providers that help us run the website and the event, such as our website host and form provider (Netlify) and our ticketing partner (Ticketmelon), or where the law requires us to.
We keep contact form messages for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them.
BLACKOUT is filmed and photographed. Footage taken at the event may be used on our social media and promotional material. See our Terms & Conditions for more.
You can ask to access or correct the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to stop using it, by contacting us at blackoutasiaevents@gmail.com or through the contact form on our website. We will respond within a reasonable time.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
